    Description

    This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, managing documents, and applying consistent business rules to CE Registry records and CE Provider records. Collaborating with Accounts Managers and a CE Provider Manager, the role aims to streamline operational processes to enhance service quality for members and CE Providers. The position involves building positive relationships with Providers and CE Registry users to drive recruitment, retention, and revenue generation. Additionally, the role includes training CE Providers on ASHA's reporting processes and providing support for any issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities

    1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in creating, processing, and maintaining CE Provider and participant records.
    2. Provide training and guidance to Continuing Education Administrators on CEB standards and ASHA's reporting systems to ensure compliance. Encourage CE Providers to make necessary changes to meet standards.
    3. Carry out CE Registry tasks related to participants earning ASHA CEUs and other related services.
    4. Disseminate technical information to assist customers in utilizing CE Registry services and participating in CE Providers' courses.
    5. Analyze data, generate reports, address issues, and enhance collaboration to maintain data integrity among the CE unit, CE Providers, and other stakeholders.
    6. Handle accounts receivable tasks in compliance with PCI standards for CE Providers and Registry users.
    7. Contribute to projects focused on enhancing workflow efficiency and customer service.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge Typically Acquired Through

    • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Communication Disorders, Adult Education, Data or Business Management, or Accounting.
    • 2-3 years of experience in data entry, account management, member services, continuing education, or related areas.

    Scope and Depth of Technical Skills/Knowledge

    Proficiency in:

    • Developing training materials for external personnel.
    • Enhancing processes and conducting testing.
    • Utilizing computer database systems and/or AMS.
    • Managing accounting entries in database systems and/or AMS.
    • Creating specialized correspondence and technical procedures.
    • Working with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

    Scope and Depth of Non-Technical Skills/Knowledge

    Ability to:

    • Collaborate within a team and lead project teams effectively.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using appropriate communication methods.
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately under pressure.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies with conflict resolution skills.
    • Effectively communicate complex procedures and standards.
    • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
