Commission base position
Duties:
- Meet or exceed all required sales goals and metrics
- Ensuring showroom business development and sales strategies and successfully implemented
- Building and managing longterm customer relationships to produce exceptional results
- Reach potential customers through personal contact with community and social media
- Providing consistent leadership and an unwavering commitment to worldclass customer service
- Work in showroom responding to customer visits, phone calls, and web leads
- Be a positive team member when working with all departments throughout the company
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and work within our selling system
- Ability to utilize industry specific software (comprehensive training provided)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, cando attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- A history of demonstrated success in sales and/or customer service
- A passion for developing and maintaining longterm customer relationships
- Willing to travel to other ProSource locations within the Houston area as needed
