Head of Accounting Management and Accounts Receivables Specialist

You are a proactive, assertive, Quickbooks experienced person who wants to work in a great environment with plenty of room to achieve goals with independence and decision making freedom.

The Opportunity:

You will take charge of our account receivables, contracts and communications with our customers. You can expect to work directly with the CFO and director of administration daily. We'd love a smart, independent decision maker who can work with our team and is skilled with Quickbooks.

What You'll Do:

You will communicate with customers and own the accounts receivables with the opportunity to grow into other controller tasks with the freedom of making decisions and creating strategies and processes to improve efficiencies and grow this company for another 25 years.

• Experience with small business accounting software specifically Quickbooks or equivalent
• Track record of excellent communication, organization and decision making
• Humility. A willingness to learn and grow.
• Smarts and perseverance to do the little things right.

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
