- Analyzing acceleration levers to maximize an asset or brand
- Supporting roll out of new capabilities to enhance R&D performance
- Supporting AbbVie's long-range planning process
- Conducting competitive analysis to support pipeline decision making for key oncology assets
- Supporting strategic partnership interactions
Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in university and completing your final year of a Bachelor's degree
- Must graduate with a Bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date
- Demonstrated interested in Healthcare through course work, internships or related experience
- Basic/intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities, projects or internships)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
- High learning agility and initiative
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, project management, problem solving, analytical skills, and business mindset

Job Description
The Strategy Development Program (SDP) consists of three, twelve-month assignments over the course of three years. The assignments are crafted to help you develop foundational knowledge by working on a range of projects, while providing exposure to different leaders in the company. These experiences will develop you and support your future opportunities in a strategic function at AbbVie. You will also get experience by working cross functionally in a matrix environment and building your strategic and analytical skill set. The rotations will be carried out primarily across the following areas in the Corporate Business & Strategy Office (CBSO): Enterprise Innovation and Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Competitive and Strategic Insights and Alliance Management.
