seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial advisor in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the wealth management industry and contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing responsive and professional support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and administrative needs.
Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the financial advisor.
Prepare and process client account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and updates.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses.

Document Preparation and Management:
Prepare and proofread financial reports, presentations, and correspondence for clients.
Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and financial plans for client review meetings.

Operational Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of client transactions and account maintenance.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of investment strategies and portfolio rebalancing activities.
Support the financial advisor in various operational tasks, including account reconciliation and reporting.

Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
Adhere to industry regulations and firm policies related to client confidentiality, data protection, and compliance.
Stay informed about regulatory updates and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
