    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing responsive and professional support.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and administrative needs.
    • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the financial advisor.
    • Prepare and process client account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and updates.
    • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses.

    Document Preparation and Management:

    • Prepare and proofread financial reports, presentations, and correspondence for clients.
    • Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and financial plans for client review meetings.
    1. Operational Support:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of client transactions and account maintenance.
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of investment strategies and portfolio rebalancing activities.
    • Support the financial advisor in various operational tasks, including account reconciliation and reporting.

    Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:

    • Adhere to industry regulations and firm policies related to client confidentiality, data protection, and compliance.
    • Stay informed about regulatory updates and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
