    As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with potential clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and contributing to the overall success of Just Courts
    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
    Understand client needs and requirements to tailor proposals and solutions accordingly

    Proposal Creation:
    Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals for pickleball court construction projects
    Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate and realistic proposals
    Identify relevant bid opportunities and submit competitive bids
    Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions
    Manage client accounts throughout the project lifecycle
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction

    Project Coordination:
    Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
    Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
    Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team for business development strategies
    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.

    Bid Submission:

    • Identify relevant bid opportunities and submit competitive bids.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.

    Account Management:

    • Manage client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:
