    Description

    Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Risk Agency, a rapidly growing commercial insurance agency located in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager who embodies high standards, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to take initiative. This role requires meeting tight deadlines and handling various tasks to support daily operations and contribute to our continued success.

    What You'd Be Doing:

    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing expert guidance by offering tailored insurance solutions.
    • Utilize agency-specific software, Applied Epic, for processing all client transactions and maintaining accurate records.
    • Work closely with underwriters to negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing for clients.
    • Create proposals, prepare applications, bind coverage, process new and renewal policies, and ensure accurate issuance.
    • Handle endorsement requests efficiently and manage policy renewals to ensure clients remain adequately covered.
    • Oversee billing-related tasks, including setting up billing plans, resolving issues, preparing agency-bill invoices, and following up on payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Process Evidences of Insurance accurately and within established timelines.
    • Report new claims promptly and assist clients throughout the claims process to ensure a smooth experience.
    • Handle policy cancellations while making every effort to retain clients and save accounts.

    You're Probably a Match If You Have:

    • At least 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience in commercial lines account management.
    • Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
    • Knowledge and understanding of various insurance coverages, policies, and terms.
    • Ability to convey complex insurance information in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail when reviewing policies and documents.
    • Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs, specifically Applied Epic.
