- Assist in developing and implementing account management strategies
- Build, nurture and manage relationships to help drive sales for physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers
- Responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts of MCCPDC products
- Prospecting, onboarding, and managing new and existing accounts
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams on demand forecasting and production planning
- Establish and maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of MCCPDC product
- Perform special projects as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or related fields
- Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) is preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in 503(b) or institutional pharmaceutical sales
- Experience developing and implementing strong business plans to help meet and exceed business objectives
- Previous history of account retention and growth
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers

Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC is looking for a driven, self-starter National Account Manager to join our Sales team. Partnering with our VP of Sales, this individual will be responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts of our products, build relationships and negotiate to drive sales, assist in developing and implementing account management strategies for our accounts and much more. This role can be located hybrid in Dallas, TX or remote in California, Indiana, Virginia or Massachusetts.
