The company has recently launched a web portal and mobile application to enhance customer experience and streamline requests.
Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Account Manager in Dallas, TX handling Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Travel will be expected at minimum, 50% of the time.
