    Role Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This pivotal role involves overseeing various projects within our operations, coordinating closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate the complexities of international e-commerce operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee projects across different stages, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Analyze project performance, identifying key metrics for success and areas for improvement.
    • Lead problem-solving efforts to address project challenges and obstacles.
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and strategies within the company.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
    • Strong leadership and team motivation skills, capable of managing diverse teams remotely.
    • In-depth knowledge of operations management, logistics, and international e-commerce.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Independent work ethic, coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Bachelors degree in business, operations management, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce or global trade is highly desirable.
