Business Process Consultant/Project Manager at Centene Management Company (December 2009 to Present)

Responsible for managing the workflow for Medicare AEP (Annual Enrollment Period). Project manage all aspects of the Medicare material creation—from initial requirements through material print, fulfillment, shipping and web posting. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting team meetings, gathering assets and ensuring appropriate resources and responsibilities are identified and assigned. Document and publish results/decisions from project meetings. I also work with the Regulatory team to ensure materials are submitted as required by CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) for Federal review and approval to meet predetermined deadlines. Update and maintain executive management weekly and bi-weekly status reports.
