    Job DescriptionJoin Scootaround powered by WHILL as we seek a dynamic individual with a background in hospitality sales, management, or procurement, coupled with proven relationship management skills. We are expanding our services in large scale venues, casinos, attractions, resorts, and hotels and are seeking to build strong partnerships with individual locations and chains.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in the hospitality industry

    Current residency in Las Vegas

    Proven CRM Background

    Established in 1997, Scootaround has become North America's premier mobility service provider, meeting diverse travel needs across various locations and expanding to include the cruise industry, conventions, and theme parks, ensuring access to mobility devices. In 2018, Scootaround was acquired by WHILL, a leading manufacturer of innovative mobility devices, integrating technology to enhance solutions. The merger positions Scootaround and WHILL to drive innovation, deliver superior services, advance mobility solutions, and improve accessibility, with a shared vision for seamless travel experiences.

    Position Title: Western Sales Director

    Location: Western Region

    This position is WFH with travel required. 50%+ of the time will be spent in travel.

    Reports to: VP General Manager of Mobility Services for North America

    Overview:

    Scootaround powered by WHILL is a leading mobility rental company specializing in providing innovative mobility solutions to individuals, and organizations. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive the expansion of our business in Southern California and Nevada. Reporting to the VP General Manager of Mobility Services for North America, the Western Sales Director will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Scootaround Powered by WHILL's presence in Southern California and Nevada markets.

    2. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including, hotels, attractions, casinos, event venues, and other potential partners.

    3. Collaborate with the VP General Manager of Mobility Services for North America to define market expansion strategies, revenue targets, and performance metrics.
