As an experienced Director with a high level of motivation and entrepreneurial spirit, I am effective in developing and executing strategic hospitality change management, coaching and training, sales and public relations campaigns for multiple teams, departments, and destinations. I have experienced continued success in building results driven teams, exceed budgets and goals and creating unparalleled customer loyalty and relationships. All the while, allowing the strengths of each team member to grow and be utilized, preparing them for job progression.

I am fortunate enough to have been in leadership roles in both Hotel Operations, Revenue/Reservations Management, Sales, Catering, Marketing and Event Management. This gives me a unique perspective on how a hotel operates, what drives revenue, understanding what pleases our guests, and how to appreciate and develop our team members for future roles. In addition to this, keeping at the forefront, what will create new tourism and visitors after Co-Vid 19.  As we know, business will never be the same, we can’t count on what we have always done. It’s time for a leap of faith!
