I direct the overall retail strategy and operations for a fast-growing, multi-state cannabis dispensary chain generating $70M in annual sales. This includes leading a team of 300 across store and corporate positions in meeting key metrics and goals.
My key achievements:
• Appointed to executive board charged with establishing corporate structure and ensuring consistency during transition of ownership and infusion of capital to operate in the multi-state cannabis space.
• Wrote and implemented all store-level operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies required of the cannabis industry and local ordinance.
• Instrumental in rapidly scaling business by developing entire new store opening process from scratch, successfully staffing and launching locations in Massachusetts, Nevada, with New Jersey, and Ohio additional locations in progress.
• Elevated brand visibility and drove customer acquisition by conceptualizing and executing marketing and promotional events, product assortment, and pricing
