Consulting Services: Our strategy, management, and IT advisors bring deep industry and domain expertise to help clients empower their workforce and build improvement capable organizations.
Application Development and Sustainment: our technologists define, design, prototype, and continuously improve digital solutions to meet clients' needs and enhance customer experience.
Mission Support: We provide high-quality staffing solutions to help our clients meet their mission, reduce operating costs, and improve operations.
Contact Center Solutions: Fueled by cloud based artificial intelligence and machine learning, we implement next generation contact center solutions, purpose built for each client. Our contact center solutions range from current state assessments, roadmap development, technology implementation and sustainment, and full outsourced operations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provides overall supervision of ETMS2 and serves as the single point of entry to USAMRDC for externally and internally initiated tasks.
Possess the ability to submit, track and act on tasks and documents with ease and transparency.
Quickly disseminate work to teams and monitor progress.
Can access both the Non-classified and Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR/SIPR) networks.
Conduct initial mission analysis, assign USAMRDC Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR), confirm and establish of suspense dates, monitor task completion, and close tasks upon completion.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5 years relevant professional experience
Demonstrated working experience in military operations and planning.
Demonstrated ability to interpret regulations, directives, policies, and contingency plans as they relate to support requirements.
Demonstrated ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge of the Army's Military Decision Making Process (MDMP); staffing procedures, and application of analytical and critical thinking process.
Demonstrated working experience in military operations and planning
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
