Position Overview:

The Production Manager at Radical Restoration will oversee all facets of the construction process to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget in the Northern Virginia and Maryland markets.

This role is pivotal in coordinating and managing production flow, subcontractors, project supervisors and materials. The Production Manager is accountable for strategic planning, resource allocation, problem-solving, and upholding high standards of quality and safety.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple project dimensions effectively, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with Radical Restoration's values and goals.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Production Oversight: Manage the entire production process from raw materials to final delivery, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Strategic Planning: Develop detailed production plans that exceed customer demands while optimizing resource use and minimizing downtime.

Project Management: Lead production teams to achieve targets, supervise project supervisors, and ensure daily operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate seamless interactions among clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement and enforce quality control measures and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards.

Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all parties meet project expectations.


Qualifications and Skills:

Industry Knowledge: Trades (roofing/siding/gutters); In-depth knowledge of insurance processes.

Activity Management: Excellent activity management skills to organize and prioritize tasks.

Drive and Determination: Track record of consistently achieving targeted results.

Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

Software Familiarity: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Certifications: OSHA 30 certified or willingness to get certification.


Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma

5+ years of Home Improvement Insurance Experience:


  • Construction/contracting background
