    Description

    Alchemy is collaborating with a top-notch company in ERP integration seeking a highly talented ERP Integration Support Engineer situated in New York. In this position, you'll be assisting clients in resolving their production support queries.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Solve customer support tickets by debugging, platform log file analysis, and data mapping verification.
    • Execute, test, and roll out client change requests.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and resolution utilizing back-end databases and raw data files.
    • Collaborate with the implementation and development teams for issue escalation.
    • Keep customers informed of status and resolutions through phone and email.

    Role Requirements:

    • 3+ years of expertise in enterprise software implementation or support roles; having experience dealing with clients is a bonus.
    • Desired Experience in: SAP Business One, SAP BusinessByDesign, or similar ERP platforms. Also in eCommerce applications like Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, etc., and EDI transaction sets as well as trading partner setup.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Understanding of data formats and structures: XML, flat file, JSON, etc.
    • Good grasp of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in medium-sized companies.
    • Proficient in writing SQL queries.
