- At least 2+ Years of Managing or Supervisory experience
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, A detail-oriented individual with persuasive writing and editing capabilities who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with positivity.
- Leadership and Development: Manage, guide, and train a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits, ensuring their growth and development
- Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans in collaboration with business development and operational leaders and manage pursuit deliverables from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and responsiveness
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the Pursuits Function Lead on pursuit strategy—improving processes and innovative solutions for enhanced quality and efficiency
- Content Creation and Management: Critically edit and proof content, ensuring compelling proposal responses and presentations, and manage print production of deliverables. Collaborate with the data analyst and pursuit team members to ensure maintenance of the marketing database and marketing materials, including project lists and personnel resumes
