Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Business Unit's operations and for achieving business targets and KPIs. Lead the technical design and management of data flows to support digital marketing strategies, focusing on user experience and device platforms. Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to optimize digital and email marketing strategies, improving the communication of company brands. Prepare comprehensive omni-channel reports and dashboards to monitor all-digital, email, and SMS marketing KPIs. Manage email and SMS trigger campaigns, leveraging A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing efforts throughout the customer lifecycle. Maintain and optimize Google Analytics installations, setups, and configurations, focusing on both online and offline conversion. Present data-drive insights and marketing efficiencies to execute leadership, aligning analytical findings with the company's strategic goals. Execute data engineering tasks including data extraction, cleansing/processing, feature engineering, ensuring data integrity, and ongoing maintenance. Perform A/B and MV (multivariate) testing on email marketing campaigns and manage tracking and reporting on digital and email marketing campaigns in order to guide improvements. Develop prototypes, architectures, and AI tools to automate marketing processes and scale marketing efforts. Work with internal and external APIs such as Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Sendgrid, Twilio, and Twitter, managing data flow to inform marketing strategies. Investigate billing reporting. Review and triage tickets, prioritize updates, upgrades, bug fixes. Meet with billing, marketing, product teams to analyze platform usage, create business analysis reporting, and connect data insights based on business vertical requests. Isolate business data analysis queries and aggregate/automate reporting. Create scope for projects to process platform data for client listings, for example, bulk uploading and processing of profile location data.

Experience

7 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Consultant, Market Research Analyst, Omnichannel Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, or similar position.

Skills/Requirements

5 years experience in each of the following:

1. Working with technical digital marketing programs to develop digital marketing campaign strategies, including technical design, data flow and management, user experience, and device platforms;

2. Developing technical marketing plans and strategies to communicate company brands through digital and email marketing;

3. Preparing omni channel reports and dashboards for all digital and email marketing KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), including open, click-thru, conversion demand, bounce and unsub rate, and custom conversion, including offline;

4. Managing email trigger campaigns and performing A/B and MV (multivariate) testing on email marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle;

5. Using the following email marketing platforms: SMTP's servers, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and emerging Email platforms;

6. Using Google Analytics, including installation, setup, configuration, on/offline conversions, and maintenance;

7. Optimizing Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Twilio, Mailchimp, Google Optimize, and Hotjar;

8. Presenting digital marketing options and efficiencies to executive leadership;

9. Executing the following data engineering tasks: data extraction, cleansing/processing, feature engineering, data integrity, and maintenance;

10. Creating prototypes, architecture, and build tools to automate and scale marketing processes;

11. Working with internal and external APIs such as Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Sendgrid, Twilio, and Twitter to push and pull data;

3 years experience in each of the following:

12. Using Looker reporting; and

13. Developing best-in-class technology stack architectures using new marketing technologies for product and process efficiencies and overseeing migration from legacy utilities with proven cost-benefit analysis plans
