- Must have previous expertise leading and driving the marketing insights strategy and providing valuable recommendations based on the team's findings to up to the CxO level.
- Have previous experience in the Hospitality and/or Travel space and have a deep understanding of core customer acquisition and retention challenges to provide best-in-class solutions.
- Experience working with Data Science & Analytics teams, 3rd party vendors and managing a team of your own. Including hiring and typical day to day management.
- Ability to present insights directly to the Executive team and influence and educate where needed in order to be the driving force of growth across Marketing, Media, Planning and Brand.
- Happy to be in office 3 days per week.

Title: Director, Marketing Insights & Operational Strategy
Salary: Up to $200,000 + Bonus and benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who has excelled in every sense over the past few years and now looking to take the next step in driving the organization forward. Analytics and Insights within the Marketing field is a huge initiative for them and having a strong leader to help strategize and implement this area is required.
For this role, you will lead the proactive insight generation with the Analytics and Insights team and provide recommendations for performance management across the upper, middle and lower funnel marketing. You will provide a better understanding of customer performance for growth purposes and identify new opportunities to turn insights into practical actions.
This will also include the clear definition of KPIs for the team and according business units and development and implementation of marketing analytics across MMM, CLTV, CPA, RCR and more.
