    Description

    Do you thrive in dynamic environments, navigating challenges with strategic finesse while driving operational excellence?

    Do you have previous operational leadership experience of managing multi-site locations within a sector of Field Services?

    Seven Executive have partnered with a leading consumer services organization, which focuses on HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Services for a host of different locations across several states in the Southeast.

    The ideal person will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase the organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability, seek organic growth through operational excellence and integrate new M&A as they come.

    You will advise the CEO on key operational insights and provide coaching to employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
    • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
    • Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
    • Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years' of executive experience
    • Strategic planning and business development experience
    • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills

    Up to $250,000 basic salary + 50% bonus based on EBITDA growth + substantial equity position.
