    What you will do as an Executive Director:

    • Plan, Implement, and Evaluate Services: Supervise nursing, medication, and personal care services to optimize residents' health potential, ensure their medical care needs are satisfied, and uphold compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Documentation Management: Establish and oversee a documentation system for resident care that adheres to regulatory guidelines and maximizes cost reimbursement.
    • Financial Operations: Aid in overseeing the financial operations of the facility in alignment with current federal, state, and local standards as well as company policies.
    • Staff Management: Hire, onboard, train, assess, retain, and schedule adequate numbers of competent staff to meet residents' needs, taking into account the size and layout of the facility, and ensuring compliance with staffing ratios.
    • Policy Compliance: Ensure staff adherence to company rules and procedures. Monitor and assess the efficacy of written policies and procedures and propose necessary revisions. Explain policies and procedures to employees, family members, and government agencies whenever necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • Must present evidence of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza.
    • A current, valid license to drive a vehicle in the state and a satisfactory driving record might be necessary.
    • Proficient in English with the ability to precisely follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Completion of a state-approved training program for administrators or certification by the Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board as a Residential Care Administrator.
    • Participation in a minimum of twelve (12) classroom hours of continuing education per year in topics related to care of the population served by the facility.
