- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working with operational unit members and building department budgets utilizing Adaptive Insights.
- Enhance internal financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes through the implementation of high-quality accuracy standards, template development, process automation, system capability improvement, and procedure and control enhancement.
- Analyze and report actual results versus budget and forecast estimates, providing relevant variance explanations, bridge analyses, and essential financial metrics.
- Offer financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for strategic activities, operational analysis, and other ad-hoc financial projects.
- Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for executive teams, the Board of Directors, and Investor Relations.
- Coordinate, develop, review, and consolidate internal financial reports, analyses, and explanations.
- Conduct research and analysis projects on a sporadic or monthly basis as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Quantitative studies from an accredited institution, MBA preferred.
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, audit, accounting, or consulting.
- Experience in Budgeting across multiple business units.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar adaptive planning software is a plus.
- Solid grasp of accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to identify trends and variances succinctly.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively presenting financial matters to all management levels.
- Experience with GP Dynamics or a comparable accounting ERP system.
- Ideal candidates should exhibit the desire, willingness, and ability to expand beyond the advertised position.

Our client, a national healthcare company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. As an Analyst, you will be a key player in financial planning, accounting, and financial management. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and providing recommendations to enhance financial performance. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts. The position is currently in-office but will transition to a HYBRID setup once the workflow is established.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ANALYST will be in charge of conducting value-added analysis, financial planning, monthly reporting tasks, and offering strategic support throughout the company. Reporting to the Director, the Analyst will contribute to financial analysis and long-term strategic planning.
Collaborating with the executive and senior management teams, the Analyst will partake in planning, evaluating, and driving essential strategic initiatives, along with supporting the budget and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate should have intellectual curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks under time constraints and deadlines.
