    What You Will Be Doing:
    As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a vital finance partner for internal company executives and field support teams. Your role will involve analyzing business performance through variance analysis, KPI-driven analytics, benchmarking, and executive-level reporting to drive improvement.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, encompassing accounting and financial modeling. Crucially, you must excel in communication to facilitate transparent dialogue among different groups, ensuring accountability and fostering collaboration. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.

    This role reports to the VP of Finance.

    Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
    The key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include:
    • Variance analysis for month-end close and corporate reporting.
    • Assisting in consolidated monthly and board financial reporting.
    • Contributing to the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
    • Acting as a liaison between subsidiary operators and Accounting Shared Services for financial integrity.
    • Formulating action plans to correct variances and achieve financial targets.
    • Participating in monthly P&L review calls.
    • Providing support for strategic reporting and analysis for contract bids.
    • Offering proactive assistance for troubled accounts and action plans.
    • Managing the Power BI environment in collaboration with IT.

    Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a service-oriented company.
    • Experience with Power BI environment maintenance preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and forward-thinking mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with various management levels.
    • Thorough understanding of GAAP.
    • Ability to handle high-volume business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite and ADP payroll.
    • Positive attitude, eager to learn new systems, and enhance existing financial processes.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Authorized to work in the US.
