    Job Title: Business Analyst Oracle Financials at Medifast

    Job Summary:

    The role involves being part of the Oracle ERP team at Medifast. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, building functional specifications, configuring Oracle Financial systems, and supporting Oracle Financial modules, among other tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Oracle Fusion Cloud systems including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management during month end, quarter end, and year end.
    • Troubleshoot and provide timely solutions during critical moments like month ends.
    • Create functional specifications for integrations and interfaces.
    • Build and maintain approval hierarchies based on employee roles.
    • Deploy and maintain new Bank accounts, Payment Methods, and help in building integrations with new Banks.
    • Thorough knowledge in Receivables and integrations with Payment processing systems.
    • Participate in testing scenarios and oversee User Acceptance Testing for all configuration changes.

    Scope:

    Ensuring that Oracle Cloud ERP meets the organization's Financial and Accounting business needs. Analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions related to Financial and Accounting processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Management Information System or accounting with IT Experience
    • + years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud and managing integrations with other systems.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules and PBCS cubes.
    • Drive to work independently and provide integrated solutions.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with SCM modules and Core Accounting and Finance.
