Partner Development Manager (PDM)
will
be responsible for
helping
discover new distribution channels to sell our products. This
includes
,
recruiting,
signing
and
assisting
our partner channel as they look to build a partnership with ClickDimensions.
The
main focus
is
recruiting new
partners
and helping them generate
pipeline
based on the subscription of ClickDimensions. This role will report to the
Vice President of Business Development.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Recruit new ClickDimensions partners
Host partner discovery meetings to understand partner's customers, goals, etc. to see if there is a fit
Demonstrate the solution to
prospective
partners, discuss commercials, partnership benefits, etc.
Help the partners with how to target these customers, current lead gen process, marketing campaigns, etc.
Meeting or exceeding monthly
/quarterly
revenue targets by managing a pipeline of
partner
opportunities
Demonstrating the ClickDimensions portfolio of solutions and their capabilities in detail to prospective customers in corporate marketing departments
Working with prospects from discovery through to
won
business
Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and clear obstacles to move deals down through the pipeline and
ultimately to
closure
Keep CRM current for all deals and generate
accurate
forecasts for in month and in quarter sales
Travel as needed in defined territory to meet with customers and partners and attend various trades shows
WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS
Experience with channel recruitment and working with a reseller channel
2 or more years' experience selling B2B marketing software, especially marketing automation or email-based products or services sold under SaaS models
Verifiable record of on target sales performance, preferably in a SaaS software business
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, Automation and/or Email Marketing solutions, and revenue technology solutions
High level
of written and spoken English
Energy and desire to make
numerous
phone
calls a day
Ability and aptitude to discuss the solution and how it fits into a solution sale
'
Hunter' mentality in seeking out new partner relationships
Ability to build strong personal relationships with partners and Microsoft employees
Ability to train and enable partners to sell
new solutions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred
