    What You'll Get to Do:


    CACI has an immediate opening for a Scrum Master/software development manager to lead 4-8 developers/analysts working on a small portfolio of systems.

    The team's primary focus is the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new MRP system that will streamline our organization as it consolidates 6 business units and retires 9 legacy systems in favor of a single platform.

    The candidate will help us transition to a formal Agile methodology and will manage the teams' sprints, ensuring on-time completion of all tasks.

    The ideal candidate will have a technical background and will be able to learn and enforce best practices in our development environments.


    Opportunities to learn and grow are endless as MRP is only one system in a much larger suite our department maintains.

    More About the Role:
    This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.


    Work closely with the solution architect, customer stakeholders, and business analysts to understand the team's tasking and schedule work as appropriate.

    Create project plans and schedules.

    Manager/Scrum Master for a team of 4-8 direct reports.

    Track the team's performance in completing tasks, and remove impediments as needed.

    Use Azure DevOps to track work items, manage code, and perform builds/releases.

    Assist in incident resolution and administration of systems.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 10+ years related work experience.

    Experience managing people.

    Experience in estimating work effort and creating project schedules.

    Software development background or strong technical aptitude

    Experience in the Agile Methodology.

    Experience writing SQL queries.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    Prior experience with MRP and/or Procurement systems.

    Experience with SalesForce.

    Experience with Web Services.

    C# or other .NET development experience.

    Experience as a Scrum Master or a Scrum Master Certification.
