    The Role Lumen is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Management Analyst with a focus on the performance management process and many future growth opportunities.

    As a part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our performance management strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.

    This position requires a general understanding of talent management practices, analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data to drive business outcomes.


    The Main Responsibilities Here are some of the exciting things you will do as a Talent Management Consultant at Lumen: 1.


    Execute Performance Management at Lumen:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an effective performance management process aligned with organizational goals. Analyze existing performance management systems, identify gaps, and continuously improve the process. 2.

    Performance Data Analysis and Performance Module system support:
    Partner with HRIS to build out and support performance modules within our HRIS system. Utilize data analytics to review and analyze performance-related data such as employee productivity, engagement, and talent potential. Identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement, and provide actionable insights to the management. Use data-driven recommendations to enhance individual and team performance, improve talent development strategies, and optimize overall organizational productivity. 3.


    Training and Development:

    Collaborate with HR and learning teams to design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing performance management capabilities for managers and employees.

    Develop tools, resources, and guides to support effective performance conversations, goal-setting, and feedback processes.

    Continuously assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact on employee performance and development.

A master's degree would be an advantage. + Foundational understanding of talent management and performance management best practices, as well as industry trends. + Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing data visualization tools, and strong Excel skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. + A passion to break things, try new things, to make things better, and have a sense of humor when everything doesn't go as planned. Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

    Location Based Pay Ranges $ $100635 in these states:
    AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

    $ $105923 in these states:

    AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

    $ $111218 in these states:

    CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

    $ $116513 in these states:

    AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

    As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

    This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation.
