Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Scientific Account Manager at PTP.
As a Scientific Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with life sciences and healthcare organizations.
Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of AWS technology solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to help organizations achieve their goals and drive innovation.
QualificationsStrong background in life sciences, biotech, biopharma, or healthcare
Experience in account management or customer success roles
Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
