One of these products is CurbIQ, an industry-leading curbside management software tool that helps cities better understand their curbside - the space on the street closest to the curb.

The curbside is the most valuable public space in cities with every single road user competing for access to this scarce space.

Uses are both traditional, including parking, loading, and emergency services, as well as emerging, including micromobility, patios, and passenger pick-up and drop-off.

Our flexible software solution helps cities, transit agencies, residents, and the public better understand their mobility options when it comes to curbside activities, and facilitates management and changes to curbside regulations, allowing cities to unlock the true potential of this scarce resource.

  • This position can be worked at a remote location, in the Los Angeles office, or any Arcadis Office within California (with Los Angeles being the strong preference).
  • This position is focused on primarily USA Sales, but there would be components of selling and prospecting in Canada.

  • Understands that metrics don't lie is extremely datadriven and will develop core KPIs while working with our existing sales infrastructure and tools. You have a track record of leading and empowering groups while also focusing on individual training that results in simultaneously winning.
  • Has experience in managing or being managed in a previous sales environment.
  • Has experience selling to cities, with selling to education and airports a bonus.
  • Is creative and innovative with new sales tactics and ideas this will be an asset
  • A team builder and sales coach. You have experience leading any type of team to success. You can motivate individuals toward a collective vision by displaying a leadbyexample mentality. You have a "never quit attitude" while maintaining honesty and transparency with your colleagues regardless of the personal ramifications.

Location:

West Coast USA (Preference for LA), the position can be filled in any location where Arcadis has a legal entity.

Report to Product Bundle Director - Revenue Products


Role accountabilities:


  • Responds to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for private and public entities, specifically selling to cities.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge and understanding of the clients, staying abreast of key trends and emerging opportunities.
  • In alignment with our line manager, execute the client sales strategy in line with Arcadis business objectives and market sector strategies through annual and multiyear plans.
  • Utilization of various sales tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot), including reporting & dashboards.
  • Supporting wider sales teams across the organization in all aspects of the sales process and keeping the team accountable to set KPIs that drives the business
  • Working directly with other sales staff within CurbIQ and our component product, HotSpot Parking.
  • Refine and develop the sales process to optimize the team as we adjust to changing environments.

Qualifications & Experience:


Required Qualifications:

  • With a minimum of 3 years experience working in a sales team and being able to sell products and services in the price range of $10,000 to $500,000 to B2G & B2B.
