The Role
At Open Influence, our mission is to help brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. As an _Account Manager_, your mission is to facilitate the meaningful partnership between these brands and creators.

  • You'll be responsible for delivering superior client service for various Open Influence clients. You'll use your deep understanding of _
    _influencer marketing strategy__ to lead the_
    _ __execution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, brands, and influencers to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed, manage talent fulfillment of campaign deliverables, and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize based on key learnings._

Office:
this role will require a commute to our LA office in West Hollywood twice a week.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing and executing postsale influencer campaigns for revenue of $1M3M per year
  • Serve as the daytoday point of contact for key clients, while mentoring, educating, and developing strategies to meet brand business objectives
  • Address daily client needs and requests related to the campaign, or other ancillary asks, in a timely strategyoriented manner
  • Identify trends and develop performance insights, resulting in meaningful recommendations and strategies.
  • Actively counseling clients by providing strategic market feedback and participating in product development with the Open Influence team
  • Support with presale planning, working closely with crossfunctional teams (sales and creative) to ensure strategy aligns with client goals

Requirements:


  • Minimum 34 years relevant clientfacing, agency experience
  • Experience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketing
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
