- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to identify initial targets regionally and develop a plan of approach and research for outbound marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, internal CRMs, and other internal sources to identify and analyze potential prospects; develop targeted outbound campaigns aimed at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Business Development team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, with 2-3 years of work experience.

As the MDR, you will play a crucial role within the Marketing team while providing support to the Business Development team.
Your primary objective will be to drive new inquiries, leads, and interest in TNG Consulting's services, specifically focusing on generating consulting leads and nurturing interest from potential new clients.
