Optimum RV, a full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Sales Development Professionals to join our team
We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $120,000 per year


Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
  • Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent followup.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Must work weekends; Days off are either MON/TUE or WED/THUR

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices
  • GED or High School Diploma
