    Position: Call Center Representative

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Schedule: Weekends Off

    Salary: $16 - $19 per hour

    Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team.
    As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
    3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    4. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
