As an independent insurance agency, we have direct contracts with some of the best insurance companies in the industry.

    K&B Financial, Inc., an Arachas Group, LLC company, became an Illinois corporation in 1994 and operates a sales and service office at 8152 S. Cass Avenue in Darien, Illinois. Our licensed and certified professionals have been assisting the local community in the healthcare and senior marketplace for over 25 years. In our ongoing quest to offer superior products and provide dedicated customer service, K&B partnered with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois in 1996, becoming an authorized Exclusive General Agency for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. We primarily work with seniors who are approaching Medicare age and are proud to serve over 20,0000 clients in the state of Illinois.

    Call Center Representative (Part-Time)

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls from provided lists and leads for various marketing campaigns
    • Understand client needs and requirements
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for dedicated field insurance agents and internal staff to discuss and enroll in Blue Cross and Blue Shield products
    • Enter and maintain records in contact management database
    • Achieve monthly quotas
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous call center or client service experience
    • Ability to learn and understand concepts and procedures of the insurance industry
    • Option to obtain Illinois Life Insurance License and Illinois Accident and Health Insurance License to facilitate sales of insurance products
    • Microsoft Office experience
    • Positive, friendly attitude
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to learn software programs quickly
    • Ethical conduct

    Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am-2:30pm hours per week)
