    Join Our Team as an Office Services Associate

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Office Services Associates. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless delivery of mailroom and support services, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

    Shift: Monday-Friday

    Hours: 8am-5pm

    Pay: $29

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Excellence: Contribute to the smooth operation of the mailroom and support services by coordinating all aspects of operations and maintaining a synchronized production schedule with our Copy Center for printing, scanning, and binding services.
    • Conference Room Coordination: Take charge of setting up conference rooms and visiting attorney offices for meetings, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and handling cleanup afterward.
    • Team Support: Provide training, mentoring, and support to our Support Services Clerks, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
    • Facilities Management: Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of our office space, including kitchens and visitor offices, ensuring they are always tidy and well-stocked.
    • Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors and company representatives to coordinate deliveries, service appointments, and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
    • Administrative Assistance: Assist with various administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, light typing, and mailings, contributing to the smooth functioning of our office operations.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer/client service to both internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with various requests, including delivering and retrieving food, boxes, and materials as needed.

    Additional Accountabilities:

    • Supply Management: Take charge of ordering office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
    • Office Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily and weekly inspections of office equipment, including copy and fax machines, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
    • Facilities Maintenance: Assist with office moves, facilities maintenance, and basic IT projects, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment for all employees.
    • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the office, including stocking supply rooms, copy rooms, and restrooms with necessary supplies and performing regular cleaning tasks.
