    Description
    Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Program Manager. This is an 8 month + contract hybrid remote position located in San Francisco, CA.


    Summary:
    Seeking a Program Manager.

    Responsibilities:


    This role will partner closely with the GDP GDT team and xfn teams to coordinate AI workstreams within GDT and support operational needs for the GDT team.

    This role requires excellent communication skills to establish clear working models between multiple teams, track dependencies, and keep projects on track through regular reporting.

    Coordinate and manage dependencies between AI workstreams within GDP and with client partners.
    Manage project schedules, identify possible issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, including GDT leads and GDP leadership.
    Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
    Partner with the GDP Program Management Office (PMO) to roll out GDP wide processes for the portfolio.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
    5-7 years of experience.
    Program management experience.
    Detail orientation.
    Navigating ambiguity.
    Cross-functional collaboration.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Prioritization.
    Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

    Desired:
    Experience running UX programs with a focus on strong cross-functional organization and process.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
    Experience with content management and editing across a team.
    Demonstrated ability to work across teams to collaboratively solve challenges.
    Highly organized, with a passion for coordinating multiple projects in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
    Reacts quickly when challenges arise and resolves blockers effectively.

    Pay rate range:
    $ $64.12 hourly.
