- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, event support and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand guidelines, objectives, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including the business unit, CRM teams, agency partners and product marketing to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve unified brand messaging.
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and brand positioning.
- Work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategic initiatives and adapt campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the budget planning process for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting on allocation of spends to maximize ROI reporting.
- Track and manage campaign expenses, providing regular updates to the marketing manager.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms , Figma, Airtable etc)
