    JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager III
    LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)
    DURATION: 8 months
    PAY RANGE: $ $43.00

    TOP 3 SKILLS:

    Our client, a multinational e-commerce corporation is looking to identify a Marketing Manager III to join their team.

    Role Overview:
    The Associate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our Brand Marketing department with a focus on our collectibles business; responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns and facilitating cross-functional integrations. This role requires strong executional foundations with a blend of creative thinking, project management skills, and an understanding of brand strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while being able to manage competing priorities and pivot when necessary .

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Execution:
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, event support and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand guidelines, objectives, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including the business unit, CRM teams, agency partners and product marketing to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve unified brand messaging.
    • Drive cross-functional projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and brand positioning.
    • Work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategic initiatives and adapt campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.
    • Budget Management:
    • Assist in the budget planning process for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting on allocation of spends to maximize ROI reporting.
    • Track and manage campaign expenses, providing regular updates to the marketing manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms , Figma, Airtable etc)
    • Ad Agency experience a benefit
