    Description


    Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is actively seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with DoD staffing experience to join our talent acquisition staff.

    Job Responsibilities

    Proven ability to attract and hire candidates with security clearances

    Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruitment tools, our


    ATS
    (Applicant Stack) and social media.

    Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Clearance Jobs, etc


    to:
    Develop technical job requirement and skills for job posting.

    Create complex search criteria to search for candidates in platform database.

    Setup and review daily candidate alert notifications.

    Communicate with potential candidates to gauge interest, coordinate interview, and to provide interview feedback.

    Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.

    Conduct personal interviews via phone and video to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.

    Negotiate pay rates for candidates.

    Interact with our human resources department to handle on-boarding.

    Required Skills/Experience

    Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience.

    3+ years of recruiting experience within the DoD federal contracting environment, preferably in the defense industry.

    Energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

    Some off hour recruiting may be necessary.

    Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting professionals. Ability to engage candidates and get them excited about the job opportunity and DI.

    Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels in the organization.

    Bachelor's degree preferred.
