Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Assist with succession planning by identifying highpotential employees within the organization
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee evaluation and performance management processes
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Skills:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding processes
Ability to leverage social media platforms for recruitment purposes

Compensation for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour with opportunity for commission on all placed medical providers. This is an in-person position.
