    Job Description:

    • Execute recruiting projects across North America, collaborating with various functions.
    • Source and recruit candidates for niche positions, both active and passive.
    • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to interviewing.
    • Drive the recruitment process, advising the HR team on best practices.
    • Utilize innovative strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
    • Develop a deep understanding of talent markets in North America.
    • Utilize networking and social media for talent sourcing.
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System efficiently.
    • Participate in projects and initiatives as necessary.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
    • Experience with global recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Proficiency in recruiting for various roles, especially in technical or manufacturing industries.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and work autonomously.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.
