    Description

    Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a strategic talent partner for our assigned business units. This role is crucial in achieving business goals related to recruitment strategies and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a focus on roles in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces.

    Responsibilities:
    - Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
    - Pre-screen candidates and partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies.
    - Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
    - Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
    - Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.

    Key Skills and Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
    - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
    - Experience recruiting for roles in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces.
    - Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
    - Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent.
    - Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience.
    - Ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.
    - Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
    - Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
    - Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar).
