Job Responsibility

  • Aids recruitment for high volume clerical, administrative and/ or service related positions for the organization.
  • Conducts followup calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for assigned recruitment areas and makes recommendations to address retention issues.
  • Incorporates metrics to define success/failure and shares with key stakeholders.
  • Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
  • Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 01 years of relevant experience, required.
