$50,000 - $240,000 yearly (commission)

Responsibilities:

Find, filter, and analyze deals for acquisition in order to determine suitability for the acquisition
Get properties under contractor for acquisition
Establish relationships with seller agents and wholesalers
Reply quickly to all incoming leads
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Accurately estimate rehab
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Produce reports of acquisition for approval

Qualifications:

Real Estate is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or a related field of study preferred but not required
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze real estate deals
Familiarity with Excel
