Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Corporate Recruiter
Hybrid in Plainsboro, NJ
Immediate hybrid opportunity available in Plainsboro, NJ with one of the largest and most recognized Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology corporations in the world.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of progressive corporate Talent Acquisition experience
- At least 23+ years recent corporate Talent Acquisition experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Clinical and/or Medical Device field is required
- Must demonstrate strong experience in recruiting in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces
- We are NOT seeking an IT Recruiter
- Only seasoned Corporate Recruiters with Pharma experience should apply
- Must reside within commuting distance of Plainsboro, NJ and will be required to work 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote

- At least 2 years of direct employer experience in pharma/biotech. Previous agency experience is acceptable, but most recent experience needs to be industry based.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces.
The Talent Acquisition organization has an opportunity for a contingent Senior Recruiter to act as consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to "go-to-market" and acquisition strategies.
The key focus of this position will be to provide overall recruitment for the supporting the North America Organization., requisition management and client management.
The Sr.Specialist TA is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.
You will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.g.
time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).Key Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment focus is on the Non-Commercial/R&D business (or as assigned).
- Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
- Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
