Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs across different states and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs, considering regional variations in talent availability and market conditions.
Stay uptodate on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment in the healthcare sector, particularly in a multistate context.
Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed, including workforce planning, employer branding, and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for healthcare positions across multiple states.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different states and regions.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while also ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in leveraging technology to streamline recruitment processes.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
