Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs across different states and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs, considering regional variations in talent availability and market conditions.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment in the healthcare sector, particularly in a multistate context.
- Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed, including workforce planning, employer branding, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for healthcare positions across multiple states.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different states and regions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while also ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in leveraging technology to streamline recruitment processes.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
