As an Independent HR/ Recruitment Consultant, I partner with organizations: Real Estate, Healthcare, etc., providing entire life-cycle recruiting management, education & training programs, strategy & organizational planning, and working with clients to help them find a tangible resolution for business, RPO, and others. 

Recruiting and talent acquisition place me in a pivotal role in inspiring staffing innovation and organizational growth. As a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, I understand the mechanisms that drive the business forward. I can skillfully create strategic roadmaps that set a foundation for long-term success. My experience in numerous key leadership roles has given me tremendous insight into the importance of collaboration between multiple businesses, cohesion among all functions, and direction throughout every operation.
