    The impact youll make:
    Being a part of our Talent Acquisition Team is more than just filling jobs.

    You'll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process from sourcing to offer and hire across all levels within the region, and play a key role in identifying and deploying TA function process improvements.


    What youll do:
    Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth.
    Manage a high requisition load while maintaining a focus on candidate pre-boarding experience and retention.
    Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications for our organization.
    Drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing your hiring managers the metrics they need.
    Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practicesEnsure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brandEnsure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process and accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative meansWhat were looking for:
    Bachelors Degree preferred (Human Resources or related field)

    A minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting, or similar experience, recruiting for a non-exempt workforceAbility to work autonomously without direct supervisionSkills and abilities you should have:
    Critically, you must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workloadExcellent communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, to build and maintain internal and external relationships and to be an exemplary ambassador for the Avis Budget Group employer brand in the candidate marketThe resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth

    Good-Faith Salary Range:
    The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
